Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fastway couriers depending on your location with tracking and trace fully insured courier service. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. If you prefer delivery via an post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately as shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with great care and will be delivered in excellent condition, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Warranty

We provide 12 months manufacturers warranty for new products and 3 months warranty for refurbished products.Customer care will be carried out at the highest level to insure all our valued customers get second to none attention and can contact us in relation to any problem that may arise with any product purchased.

any product may be returned to our Galway store where your product with either be repaired or replace.

A refund will be provided within 28 days if product is damaged or not working correctly.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days after purchase.  Cancellations after this period will not be allowed under any circumstances. This must be carried out by contacting us via email. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the products. A refund will be provided within 28 days.

Returns

Returns are available of up to 7 days after delievery, no exceptions will be made after this period. We do not refund or replace products that have been used. We will refund under the terms that the phone has not been used or broken in anyway. All products will be inspected upon return and refund will commence after inspection of products and are still in new condition.
