I don’t usually post reviews, however I felt I should , Thank you Nicola for excellent advise, communication and customer service on this occasion, Nicola was extremely helpfuI in every way, , I had two transactions , a repair and exchange, and the service was excellent, As I couldn’t get to a store I returned both phones and they were returned within a few days. I have purchased many mobiles from Fonez over the years and cannot fault them.

My experience with Fonez was brilliant as usual. I have now ordered 6 Apple phones from your website both for myself and for presents over the last few years and I have had zero problems with any of them. All phones are of such a high standard with little or no marks. Fast delivery is great. No complaints ever and I highly recommend your website to anyone I know who is considering a second hand refurbished phone as I know it can be hit or miss. I never again will buy a brand new phone for a small fortune. Customer service was prompt and effective when I had to pick a different colour on my latest order. I was grateful that I wasn’t just sent a lower quality phone in the colour I originally picked. 5 stars from me!
